This is an AVI clip of kite snowboarding. Scott, the snowboarder in this footage, had a lot of experience practicing flying the Naish 7.0 on just land. He found that he needed his harness as his hands got tired because of his gloves. Also, snow boarding with the kite was a little trickier then skis. The amount of wind that day was about 5 knots. Perfect conditions to learn in. |

Again, this clip is taken up at Whistler on Alta Lake. The kiter this time is Mike M and he is on skis. Although Mike is a veteran down hill skier, he had never used a traction kite before but you would not know it by looking at him go. Under careful super vision of Scott, Mike receives the essential safety tips and instruction to Kite Ski on the snow. We found that skiing with the kite was easier then snow boarding.
